This is where you will find all Electronic songs/beats/ideas. Basically anything primarily synth based. I use a Korg MS-2000 for most of my sounds, and an APC-40 for combing all the pieces I come up with. I choose to "perform" the song with the APC and record that, rather then just copy and paste pieces together. Not really a big difference, but I think it adds a little more to the song.

Lo-Fi:
Not really finished, but don't think I will be really going back and working on it, pretty chill, makes me want to fall asleep. One part reminds me of an ocarina, I think that's what I like this one, feel like I am playing 64 again.

Break Beat:
Some pianoness, I honestly do not know what else to say, Dillon said it sort of reminded him of Ratatat from the LP3/LP4 albums; just a few of the elements of the song.

|
Dub:
I guess you could call this dubstep, but it's not really. It has some "wub" in it, but it is more of just a reggae beat. Pretty chill.

Fuzz Song:
Pretty inventive name, I know. This is almost not an electronic song, because everything but the drums is guitar and bass. But I just felt like it was more of a beat then a song if you are smelling what I am stepping in. I channeled a little bit of my inner Tom Morello for some of the sounds.

Wrigley:
Named after the one and only Mr. Wrigelsworth. Some reverse guitar on here, sorry for the fade-out, I intended to actually make an ending, but never did.

Baddy-Bing:
So this is the fourth song I made with my APC-40, probably my favorite electronic song I have ever made, there is just something about it I love, enjoy and let me know what you think.

CreepyMcCreep:
One of four new beats I made using my new APC-40, still needs work, but I like it, could possible be used as a rap beat, not sure. Anyway, everything but the drums are done on my synthesizer, just jammed for awhile and picked out the parts I liked, enjoy Di-Lon.

Nothing At All(Remix):
So I recorded a song with Amy Smith awhile ago and then one night I got the idea to put her vocals onto an electronic track, and this is what happened. Its a little creepy, but awesome, and thanks to Ezequiel for giving me some pointers on mixing, he is the man!

Strategic Register:
This was like the second techno song ever made on Ableton. It was when I finally figured out how it actually worked, and how to quantize and all that jazz, and about loops. So its pretty basic, but I love it. Enjoy!

Synthalynth:
Synthalynth came about right after I got my new synthesizer. I got a korg ms-2000, not to crazy of one, but for me starting out it works awesome. I had been working on creating that house bass sound with making my own with the click, tone, and other stuff. Well I also figured out that side chaining also gave that house sound, so I started messing around with that. Then I was like, well I just got this synth. So I took what I was working on, and put the synth on their, and I think it came out pretty well. My loop for the synth lead is a little off, but not bad.

Whatever:
So this one I can only take so much credit for. While I was down at MI, I met Ezequiel Jaroslavsky from Agentina. Let me tell you, this guy knows how to make techno/beats. It was awesome getting to see this guy work. Anyway, back to the song, we had some time in one of our classes to make something, and I had brought my guitar with me, so he started making the track, and I threw down a little bit of guitar, then he mixed it all and chopped it the way we wanted. A I had a little input, but it was all mostly Zeiks doing, this kid is awesome.
Enjoy folks!

Insomniac:
So this one is my first venture into trying some reverse guitar on a song. Brian Hodge, The Adventures of Brian Hodge, did the drum beat, we were at the studio, and he just busted it out. Then I did the simple ass bass line, and we both really like ratatat, if you do not know you that is, google that shit right now, or just click on the name, so we tried some reverse guitar on it. And I think it came out pretty damn good. Pretty simple song, but really enjoyable.

Eiery Techkno:
First of all, yes I know its spelled wrong, it adds to the mystique. And second of all, this is not really complete, there are a few adjustments to be made, but I like it enough as it is. Some house bass, a little side chaining, and I like it alot, not really to in your face, but not so relaxed it gets boring.

MustySweet:
Made this one at the kitchen counter at my parents house this summer. If I recall correctly the name came from a smell that I smelled somewhere that day, and that is the best way I could describe it. Anyway, pretty simple song, but I love the arpeggiated bassline and the simplicity of the lead, if you would even call it that, anyway, enjoy.

|
Hard Cider:
Alright so the name comes from the fact I was drinking hard cider at the time, its pretty damn delicious first of all. I used my synthesizer for everything but the drums on this. A little sidechaining, other than that its pretty standard. I will admit it is a little monotonous at points, but I like it. Anyway enjoy!

TrippyAM:
So this one really has no explanation, basically, I just put the parts together piece by piece. I just recorded what I played on the synth and then looped what I wanted, but for the spacey sounding instrument, I just hit record, and messed around with all the knobs, like a synthesizer solo I guess you could say. I know its long, a few seconds over 8 minutes, but put on a good pair of headphones, or listen through some really good speakers with lots of bass fool! and really really loud of course, and I think you might like it, thanks for listening!
